If you love Maggi, try out these easy, simple and tasty Maggi recipes that can satisfy your hunger cravings in 2 minutes.

1. Chinese Maggi Recipe

Ingredients: Oil – 2 tbsp, Onion – ¼ cup (chopped), 1/2 inch Ginger (chopped), Garlic – 2 (chopped), Capsicum – ¼ cup (chopped), corn (boiled) – ¼ cup, carrot – 1/4 cup ( thinly sliced ), spring onion – ¼ cup, Maggi Noodles – 2 packets, Water – 2 cups, Soy sauce – 1 tsp, Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp, Chilli sauce– 1 tbsp

Instructions :

  1. Soak the 2 packets of Maggi noodles in water for about 7-10 minutes. Drain it and keep them separate.
  2. In a pan sauté the onions, ginger, garlic for a minute and add the capsicum, carrots, and corn. Stir fry the vegetables for a minute.
  3. Add the soy sauce, chili and tomato sauce.
  4. Add the Maggi noodles, tastemaker, spring onions and toss well.
  5. Serve hot immediately.

2. Cheese Maggi

Ingredients: Oil – 1 tbsp, Onion – ¼ cup (chopped), Garlic – 2 (chopped), Chilies– 2 (chopped), Maggi Noodles – 2 packet, Water – 2 cups, Cheese – ½  cup grated, Salt and Pepper to taste, Oregano /mixed herbs (upon your taste)

  1. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add 2 cups water and leave it to boil.
  2. Add Maggi Noodles and Tastemaker. Simmer for 2 minutes till the Maggi is fully cooked.
  3. Once the Maggi is fully cooked, add the grated cheese and chilies and mix.
  4. Dress it with some pepper and oregano
  5. Serve hot

3. Egg Maggi Recipe

Ingredients: Oil – 1 tbsp, Onion – ¼ cup (chopped), Chilies – 2, Tomato – 1 small (chopped), Maggi Noodles – 2 packets, Water – 2 cups, Egg – 2, Butter – 2 small cubes, Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Soak the 2 packets of Maggi Noodles in water for about 7-10 minutes. Drain it and keep them separate.
  2. In a pan heat the butter and sauté the onions, chilies, and tomatoes for a minute.
  3. Beat two eggs in a bowl, add pepper and salt according to taste.
  4. Add eggs in the pan and fry for about a minute or two.
  5. Add the Maggi noodles, tastemaker and stir fry.
  6. Serve hot.

4. Fried Chicken Maggi Recipe

Ingredients: Oil – 2 tbsp, Onion – ¼ cup (chopped), Chilies – 2, Garlic – 2 (chopped), Chicken breast – 200 gms, Maggi Noodles – 2 packets, Water – 2 cups, Butter – 2 small cubes, Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp, Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp, Egg- 1 (optional), Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Soak the 2 packets of Maggi noodles in water for about 7-10 minutes. Drain it and keep them separate.
  2. In a pan heat two tbsp of oil and butter and sauté the chilies, garlic, and onions for about a minute. (you can add vegetables like broccoli, bell papers and carrots of your own wish)
  3. Add chicken breast pieces to them and cook until it becomes soft and gets cooked. [We can also use leftover chicken or chicken nuggets; you can add one beaten egg if you want]
  4. Add 1tbsp of chili sauce and tomato sauce and stir fry the chicken.
  5. After the chicken is perfectly fried, add the strained Maggi noodles and toss them well.
  6. Add Maggi tastemaker, salt, pepper and fry well.
  7. Serve immediately.

5. Soupy Maggi noodles

Ingredients: Oil – 1 tsp, Chilies – 2, Garlic – 2 (chopped), Maggi Noodles – 1 packet, Chings Manchow Soup – 1 packet (30g), Water – 2 cups, Chilli sauce – 1 tsp, Tomato sauce – 1 tsp, Salt and pepper, Spring onion – for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pan sauté the garlic and chilies.
  2. Add 1 ½ cup of water and bring it to boil.
  3. Add Maggi noodles and let it cook for about 2 minutes. (You can add beans, carrots in the Maggi if you want)
  4. Once Maggi is cooked perfectly, add another ½ cup of water to bring it to a liquid consistency. (You can add little water if you want)
  5. Add one packet of Chings Manchow Soup while stirring.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Add spring onions.
  7. Serve hot.
